Those EVs are actually good. Maybe you could swap over and give DEFENSE more because its defense is poorer, so it gives a more all by a circular defensivenessnessness.

 Dunno, it would be improved if you actually listed the EVs you adapted to, instead of the stats themselves.

Anyhow, Leash Ape definitely wants either Pinchbeck Out, or something like Stealth Roll. You should also turn it into a MixApe and add in Overheat / Squealer Knot, or both.
