Why are mini cordless drills so hard to find?

 I am tough to find a very powerful cordless mini exercise, preferably the size of a paste gun. Under $100. Doesn't any one have any links or ideas?
Bosch Looks like they upon some good ones.

 I don't intend they make powerful cordless yet. Peradventure a cheap one.
