My recently acquired 5247 and crust is still surging. I tore the carburetor over and gave him a clean wholesome in vain. I checked the effect and the needle and the throne and all seem to be authorized and work. If I keep it boot it will be glib, but it will start pumping again and uncheck the end off. I guess it straving to turn, but I'm not stable what to do. I tried adjusting the screw on the carburetor, but I'm not inevitable that I should do as much as the turning in or out. Suggestions??
