Station Menemsha's 47-foot motor lifeboat crew – always ready

But for small coastal communities almost identical to Martha Vineyard, the crews that man the Coast Guard 47 foot Motor Lifeboat (MLB) - men and women be assigned to marine emergencies in the worst weather conditions - are the substance of the rescue service.

The Coast Guard assigned to Station Menemsha be relevant for all backgrounds and regions. Despite the obvious differences, they serve as an assessment of the rescue mission the Coast Guard and the camaraderie among teammates.
