 ive upright bought a clarke mig welder one of the type that can be occupied either with gas or gasless,ami right in assuming the polarity must be changed to convenient to and how do i do it pat

 hi i would like to use a clarke en100 turbo mig welder,outdoors .and was wondering how big a generator would i penury..240v how many kw and amps ?
it is for car panels..and there are no input info on the welder.or on the website or in the directions.....thanks

 you will get away with with 3 - 5 KVA, specified that the mig set is a baby, and will never ever give you what it says... 100amps...and, if you do get it to full power, then it'll cut out after 10 minutes due to the thermal handicap...

I bought this welder used from Menards 3 years ago for over $ 400. I put a coil of wire through it, since it is always "new." The only effect is that my ancestor in the law once the store on top of the pipe that feeds the wire, and is thus stuck in this small, it is not always respond reliably thread. A new pipe certainly fix this issue without effort. I am adamant about the $ 200 fee.

Have a look through the threads from first timers in the Culture MIG Welding part of the forum and corroboration the associate's use for the welder they have. Ordinarily the members with Clarkes will start out with a logical endeavour at a combine. The ones posting washed out splash with no fusion serve to have bought something else (often from a supermarket).
