Old CRAFTSMAN hammer drill?

 i bought a mini hand held craftsman power drill and its a 4.0 volt and i perceive that craftsman is expensive but the have good unfailing products so does any actors make a better cheaper mini power drill

Will Craftsman replace this?

My uncle justified bought a new cordless screwdriver, and he gave me his old one. The argument he got the new one is because the old one, the 3 prongs that case the bit 2 of them are on the fritz. Will I be accomplished to take this to sears and get it replaced or get parts to fix it? Its several years old, but don't all Craftsman products have a lifetime commitment? or even if they won't make good on it where can i get parts to fix it?
