Where do I go with my career from here?

 I've been working as a Hilti gizmo vendor salesman in Nursing home Depot for 8 years. I've enjoyed my job over it's duration. I wanted to a Regional Maanger fix but didn't get the job after 3 interviews. So, basically I've hit the magnifying glass ceiling and am at crossroads.

 Well, if you got 3 interviews for the Regional Director job, that's a very good indication that they were very interested in you and in all probability had a hard time deciding between you and the famed candidate. Just because you didn't get the job the first spell doesn't mean you won't get it or one compare favourably

Kango/tools/industrial type for digging holes in solid rock.?

 We are using a (kango) Hilti 905 breaker at the significance. Its proving quite painful, is there any other tool that might be a bit better that we can get our hands on. We are in the UK.

yeah dont desideratum to dig further for support in terms

 we use a pneumatic daze drill. it rotates and hammers at the same in days of yore. We use one made by rockwell I believe they are at in the UK

Upon arriving at the spot of the crash, the officer spoke with the occupants of the struck vehicle, who stated they were making a port side hand turn from Limekiln Pike onto Kirks Lane when his conveyance was struck in the rear by a black SUV with heavy front-end damage to the hood enclosure. He also stated a second black SUV was involved in the crash and had a bumper hanging off of it. The driver said the in the second place black SUV swerved around him on the passenger side and avoided hitting his vehicle.

During this continuously, the third party caller advised that the vehicle had been followed to the area of Bannockburn Ave. and Garden Ave. in Ambler Borough. Upper Dublin Township and Ambler Borough officers responded to the zone and located the vehicles involved.

The 3rd party caller followed the mechanism to the 200 block of Bannockburn Ave., where it parked in the rear driveway of a dwelling-place. An officer spoke with the driver of the vehicle, Jaime Gutierrez-Arenas, who stated that he was the driver of the 1995 Chevrolet Blazer, drinking moonshine, and submitted to a portable breath test, which yielded a result of .29% BAC.
