Makita or Milwaukee Cordless Hammer Drill?

 I’m in the merchandise for a new cordless hammer drill. Having conclude from dozens of reviews and opinions, I’ve narrowed it down t either the:
- Makita 18V Li-ion 3 spd, or the
- Milwaukee 18V Li-ion 2 spd.
Which is more intelligent cordless drill…for

 im a milwakee fan myself, makita to me are built cheaply. if it was me I would buy the milwakee even if it is a few more dollars, or go dewalt, the two brands i like the most

 I only just bought a Bosch 18V Cordless drill and bought a 14 chiding set of Milwaukee drill bits and was wondering how the 1/16 to 5/32 fit? Doesnt seem like they can go down to the very bottom, is their an adaptor you buy or what?
