I am getting into woodworking and starting to fantasize furniture. My shop is my garage so span is a premium. So is cost. There are some combo planer / jointer units out there (Jet makes a 8 and 10 inch ideal) which are attractively priced. Are those any use or do I really need
I too use my garage as a wood betray and never have enough space.
