Joe Lo Truglio: The script came to me, and I took a look at it and it just seemed like such a huge part to play. She seemed really sweet and said what’s on her mind, which are both very charming qualities. And I thought I had pretty good legs and could carry it off. [Laughs.] So that’s how that worked.
