Can anybody be sure me what a parallel fence classify on a power planer used for as i have just purchased a new planer and it has one ,But no instructions on how to use it,Would it be inured to to keep the blades running conform to,Can you help ?

Brian Fehr isn't stable how he's going to talk to the crews at Plateau Mill in Vanderhoof about the death of a tradesman early Thursday morning.

George Park, Jr., a certified millwright from Kamloops, was killed Thursday morning while working on a conveyor perimeter at the mill. Fehr said the official investigation, involving Worksafe BC, the RCMP, the coroner's berth, BID Group and Canfor, the mill owner, will begin Friday.
"I don't have a timeframe for how yearn the investigation will take," he said. "From talking to other companies involved in them, it's not a quick make progress."

Needing to fix a door that was sticking, I rummaged around among my tools to find my 'grater' planer. Because that pawn is fairly bulky and hard to store, it had ended up in a box of my old boy's old, bulky tools left from when we cleared out his enterprise after he passed away a few years...
